Poonawalla Fincorp shares jump 12% post ₹1,500 crore promoters' funding

Poonawalla Fincorp Ltd. shares surged up to 10% to a record high. The promoter fund infusion of ₹1,500 crore at ₹452.51 per share increased their stake to 63.97%. This raised the company's Book Value Per Share (BVPS) by 13.4% and the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) to 24.3%. Assets Under Management (AUM) grew 53% in the June quarter, exceeding the management's growth guidance.
