Poonawalla Fincorp share price jumps 12% on ₹1,500 crore infusion

Poonawalla Fincorp shares rose 12% to a 52-week high on September 18 after its promoters completed a ₹1,500 crore fund infusion, increasing their stake from 62.43% to 63.97%. The stock traded 11% higher at ₹496.5, the biggest single-day gain since December 2022, amid a 53% AUM growth in the June quarter.
