Nvidia invests $5 billion in Intel and chip partnership

Nvidia will invest $5 billion in Intel, making a 4% or more stake in the company, and jointly develop PC and data center chips. The deal excludes Intel's contract manufacturing business. Nvidia will also provide Intel with custom data center and consumer graphics chips with high-speed connections, expanding Intel's ecosystem and competitiveness against AMD and other chip makers.
