Mufin Green Finance raises Rs 50 crore through NCD

Mufin Green Finance raised its first listed non-convertible debenture (NCD) worth Rs 50 crore on the BSE EBP Platform with a 11% coupon rate and 15-month maturity. The funds will be used for consumer finance and clean energy financing, with 90% for medical premium and 10% for electric vehicle loans, battery financing, and solar panels.
