Hind Rectifiers acquires BeLink, expanding global reach

Hind Rectifiers acquired France-based BeLink Solutions for Euro one million, boosting its global footprint. The acquisition brings state-of-the-art production and testing infrastructure, and Hind Rectifiers will hold 66% equity and 5% preference shares in the new subsidiary. BeLink is expected to generate Euro 13 million in revenue for 2025.
