Sebi clears Adani in Hindenburg probe, stocks rise

Sebi clears Adani Group and founder Gautam Adani of stock manipulation and accounting fraud allegations made by Hindenburg Research in January 2023. Adani shares rallied on Friday with Adani Power rising 12.4% and Adani Total Gas, Adani Green Energy, Adani Enterprises, NDTV, and Adani Energy Solutions gaining between 4-8%. The regulator found no evidence of related-party transactions.
