General Atlantic sells Rs 140 crore worth of Rubicon Research shares

General Atlantic sold Rs 140 crore worth of shares, reducing its stake to 52.15% in Rubicon Research. The US-based promoter sold 28.9 million shares to investors at Rs 484.47 per share. In two deals, General Atlantic offloaded 5.19% stake, raising Rs 390 crore. Rubicon will raise Rs 1,085 crore via IPO, utilising Rs 310 crore for debt repayment.
