GQG sells Adani Power shares in $250 million deal

GQG Partners sold 35 million Adani Power shares, approximately a 1% stake, to SBI Mutual and Citadel Securities for $250 million at 610-625 rupees per share. The sale price marked a discount, as Adani Power's stock surged 20% on Monday after corporate action. The combined market value of Adani Group's 10 controlled companies surged by nearly $19 billion through Monday.
