Venture capital fund raises stake in LIC-owned NBFC stock

Equilibrated Venture Cflow, a promoter group firm, acquired 45 million shares in Paisalo Digital through open market transactions on September 22, 2025, increasing its stake to 19.67% from 19.17%. LIC and SBI Life Insurance maintained their positions with 6.2 crore and 7.75 lakh shares, respectively. Paisalo Digital reported a 13.5% YoY increase in net profit.
