Kirti Doshi buys 21% stake in Emkay Global through Antique Securities

Kirti Doshi, through Antique Securities, acquired a nearly 21% stake in Emkay Global Financial Services for ₹179.6 crore. Doshi, along with promoters Krishna Kumar Karwa and Prakash Kacholia, invested ₹227.5 crore through a warrant issue. Karwa and Kacholia invested ₹29.9 crore and ₹17.9 crore respectively. Emkay Global shares ended 20% higher on BSE.
