Indian Hotels buys ₹101 crore ELEL Hotels shares via rights issue

The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) subscribed to ₹100.83 crore equity shares of its subsidiary ELEL Hotels and Investment Limited at ₹5,000 per share, as part of a rights issue. IHCL acquired 2,01,659 shares to continue holding 100% of ELEL Hotels' equity, with no promoter group interest in the subsidiary.
