Apollo Hospitals cleared of restructuring plan concerns

CCI approved a 4-stage restructuring plan involving Apollo Hospital's entities Apollo Healthco and Keimed, with demerger and merger into Apollo Healthtech Ltd, aiming for consolidation of healthcare and distribution businesses. This will unlock value, followed by listing of equity shares on stock exchanges. Apollo Healthtech aims to achieve ₹25,000 crore revenue by FY27.
