Akzo Nobel shares change hands for ₹765 crore

22.77 lakh shares of Akzo Nobel India Ltd. worth ₹765 crore changed hands at ₹3,359 per share in block deals, reportedly owned by Imperial Chemical Industries, selling 5% of its 50.46% stake. The sale is subject to a 30-day lock up, as the company gears up for expansion to capture 7-7.5% market share.
