Poly Medicure Ltd acquires 100% stake in Citieffe SRL and its subsidiaries in US and Mexico for ₹324 crore (€31 million) enterprise value. Citieffe specializes in orthopaedic trauma and extremities with €17.3 million revenue and €3.1 million EBITDA in CY2024, growing 15% and 14% year-on-year. The acquisition expands Poly Medicure's product portfolio and global reach.
