Radico Khaitan stopped from using Kashmyr vodka brand

Piccadily Agro Industries secured a court injunction against Radico Khaitan, restraining the use of the brand name 'Kashmyr' for vodka due to trademark violation. A District Court in Karnal found the name deceptively similar to Piccadily's registered trademarks "Cashmir" and "Cashmere". Radico Khaitan and affiliates are prohibited from manufacturing, selling or promoting "Kashmyr".
