Polycab shares hit after large block equity transfer

22.73 lakh Polycab India shares, which are worth ₹1,695 crore, changed hands at ₹7,458 per share. Promoter group members sold up to 1.51% of the company's equity and will have a 90-day lock-in period. The company reported a 50% increase in June quarter net profit at ₹600 crore with a 47.1% rise in EBITDA.
