Anand Piramal becomes Piramal Finance Chairman

Anand Piramal succeeds his father Ajay Piramal as chairman of Piramal Finance following the company's merger with Piramal Enterprises, approved on September 10 by the National Company Law Tribunal. Anand will lead Piramal Finance alongside MD & CEO Jairam Sridharan, and board members including Rajiv Mehrishi, Asheet Mehta, Anjali Bansal, and Shikha Sharma.
