New India Assurance receives ₹250 crore tax refund

New India Assurance Company Limited received a ₹249.79 crore tax refund from the Income Tax Department for Assessment Year 2009-10, including ₹8.89 crore interest. The company's Chairman and Managing Director Girija Subramanian stated they aim for double-digit growth and have set targets to maintain their momentum in FY26.
