Capri Global Capital issues ₹400 crore NCD from September 30

Capri Global Capital has announced a ₹400 crore public issue of NCDs, with an option to retain additional ₹200 crore under a green shoe option, carrying rates ranging from 8.55% to 9.70% per annum across six series, with tenors of 18 months to 120 months. The issue opens on September 30 and closes on October 14, subject to early closure.
