Coal India offers Rs 1.03 lakh bonus to employees

Coal PSUs CIL and SCCL announced a reward of Rs 1.03 lakh for non-executive workers, a Rs 2,533.82 crore financial implication. The Performance-Linked Reward (PLR) will benefit 2.1 lakh CIL employees and 38,000 SCCL employees on a pro-rata basis. It aims to boost productivity, morale, and job satisfaction among workers who contribute significantly to India's domestic coal output.
