Ventive Hospitality to manage Hilton Goa

Ventive Hospitality Ltd, a joint venture between Blackstone and Panchshil Realty, is acquiring a 76% stake in Soham Leisure Ventures Pvt Ltd for around Rs 320 crore ($36 million), including the cost of land. This acquisition aligns with Ventive's strategy to double its portfolio size to 4,000 rooms by adding a 64-room Hilton-flagged resort in Goa.
