Alcobrew Distilleries files IPO with Rs 258-crore fresh issue

Alcobrew Distilleries, the manufacturer of whisky brands White & Blue and Golfer's Shot, has filed draft papers with SEBI for an initial public offering (IPO) to raise Rs 258.3 crore. The company plans to utilize the funds for repaying borrowings, marketing new products and general corporate purposes. It recorded a net profit of Rs 69.5 crore for fiscal 2025.
