Coal India to pay ₹2,154 crore in PLRs to FY25 workers

State-owned Coal India Ltd said the 6th Standardisation Committee approved Performance Linked Reward for FY 2024-25 workers, with ₹1,03,000 each on a pro-rata basis of attendance. The payout will benefit 2,09,000 workers across CIL and subsidiaries, resulting in a total financial implication of ₹2,153.82 crore.
