VIP Industries' promoter entities offload Rs 343 crore worth of shares

Kiddy Plast and Piramal Vibhuti sold VIP Industries stakes worth Rs 343 crore via bulk deals. The shares were sold at a 9% discount from the Thursday closing price. Buyers included Multiples Private Equity and Samvibhag Securities, purchasing shares worth Rs 122 crore, Rs 85 crore, and Rs 111 crore respectively. VIP Industries shares fell 4.01% to Rs 409.
