Tata Motors appoints Shailesh Chandra as new MD & CEO

Tata Motors has announced leadership changes. Shailesh Chandra will become MD & CEO from 1 October 2025 for a three-year term. He will also continue as MD of Tata Passenger Electric Mobility. Meanwhile, Girish Wagh is set to head the commercial vehicles arm, and PB Balaji will step down as CFO to become CEO of JLR UK.
