Reliance Power shares surge 3% on Indonesian asset sale

Reliance Power shares surged 2.7% to Rs 46 after announcing the sale of its Indonesian subsidiaries. A Share Purchase Agreement was signed with Biotruster (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. for $12 million (Rs 100 crore). The transaction is expected to be completed by December 30, 2025, and does not belong to the promoter or promoter group.
