Premier Energies wins $19.95 million overseas solar power contract

Premier Energies Ltd secured orders worth $19.95 million for solar power systems in the Republic of Benin. The deal includes 750 rooftop solar systems, 4,400 high-efficiency solar streetlights, and 650 solar water heaters. The order will be financed by the Export-Import Bank of India and the ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development. Shares declined over 1% to ₹1014.65 apiece.
