IndusInd Bank directors see surge in earnings

IndusInd Bank directors received sharply higher payouts in FY25 due to increased board meetings, mainly following the lender's disclosure of irregularities in its derivatives book. Directors' sitting fees more than doubled, with Chairman Sunil Mehta earning Rs 96.25 lakh and others like Pradeep Udhas and Bhavna Doshi seeing increases of 3x and 79% respectively.
