Mahindra & Mahindra to sell entire Sampo Rosenlew stake to Tera

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd has signed a Share Purchase Agreement to sell its stake in Sampo Rosenlew Oy, a wholly owned subsidiary, to Tera Yatirim Teknoloji Holding Anonim Sirketi for €5 million. The transaction is expected to be completed by October 6, 2025, with Sampo ceasing to be a subsidiary. Sampo contributed ₹370.98 crore in revenue for FY25.
