Bharat Electronics wins ₹1,092 crore defence contracts

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) secured orders worth ₹1,092 crore covering defence requirements. Q1 revenue increased by 5.2% to ₹4,417 crore, beating EBITDA margin expectations. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation increased by 32.2% to ₹1,240.4 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 28.1%. Their order book position stands at ₹71,650 crore.
