Jennifer Garner's baby food company seeks public listing

Once Upon a Farm PBC, an organic baby food company co-founded by Jennifer Garner, filed for an IP0 listing in the US. In the six months through June 30, the company reported a $28.5 million net loss on $110.6 million revenue. Proceeds from the IPO will repay outstanding borrowing and purchase equipment. Gold Sachs, JPMorgan, BofA are leading the offering, expected to trade under the symbol OFRM.
