Solarworld Energy Solutions lists shares at 11% premium

Solarworld Energy Solutions Ltd made its stock market debut, listing at ₹389 per share, an 11% premium to its issue price of ₹351 apiece. The ₹490 crore IPO saw 65.01 times subscription, with institutional buyers being subscribed 70.43 times. The funds will be used for a 1.2 GW solar PV manufacturing facility and other corporate purposes.
