Welcure board mulls Telexcell offer for up to 25% stake

Welcure Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Limited's board considered Telexcell Trade Pte's proposal to buy up to 25 percent stake, but rejected control rights. Telexcell will be welcomed as an investor without control, and accorded first priority for future fundraising, subject to regulatory approvals, if needed.
