Godfrey Phillips' aggressive rollout of Marlboro has captured the Indian market, with its share doubling in 2025 and delivering a 9x return over three years. ITC, holding 75% market share, has lost 12% of its value and seen volumes grow just 6.5% in Q1 FY26, while Godfrey Phillips' volumes surged 27% YoY.
