EPack Prefab lists at 10% below IPO price in weak debut

EPack Prefab Technologies lists at Rs 183.85 on NSE, a 10% discount to IPO price, after subscribing 3.07 times at Rs 504 crore. The company has a 8% domestic market share in PEBs, executed 4,400 projects for 2,000 clients, and has a post-issue market cap of about Rs 2,049 crore. Proceeds from the fresh issue will be deployed towards expansion, debt repayment, and general corporate purposes.
