Jindal Power gets CCI approval for Jaiprakash Associates acquisition

CCI gives in-principle approval for Jindal Power's acquisition of debt-ridden Jaiprakash Associates. Along with Jindal Power, Adani Group, Dalmia Bharat, and PNC Infratech have also received approval. Naveen Jindal-led company will acquire Jaiprakash Associates if it wins the bid in the ongoing insolvency proceeding, with creditors claiming ₹57,185 crore.
