Tata Motors on Wednesday fixed the record date to issue shares. Tata Motors fixed Tuesday, October 14, 2025 as the record date to issue shares for its demerged commercial vehicle business. Shareholders will receive 1 new share of TMLCV for every 1 share of Tata Motors held on the record date, with shares being issued at face value of INR 2 each.
