Mahindra stocks gain on strong September auto sales

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.'s automotive sales rose 16% to 1,00,298 vehicles in September, driven by a 10% increase in utility vehicles, 30% in three-wheelers, and 21% in light commercial vehicles. Total exports jumped 43% to 4,320 units. The sales growth is attributed to a GST overhaul and pent-up demand, boosting shares by up to 2%.
