Maruti Suzuki sees steady sales, record exports in September

Maruti Suzuki India sold 189,665 units in September 2025, meeting a 1.89 lakh unit estimate. Sales dropped 2.7% YoY, but exports surged 52% to 42,204 units, a new record. Domestic sales fell 6.3% YoY. GST reforms boosted sales, with 75,000 bookings logged since additional price cuts. The company is now the 8th most valuable carmaker worldwide with a valuation of $57.6 billion.
