Due to Gandhi Jayanti, the anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi's birth, and Dussehra the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) are closed on Thursday, October 2. The day will see the end of trading in stocks, derivatives, SLBs, interest rate derivatives, and currency derivatives. On Friday, October 3, trading will resume on both stock markets.
