Former SocGen Banker, Traders Face Insider Trading Trial

An ex-Societe Generale banker Stéphane Fima and three traders, Lucien Selce, Alexis Kuperfis, and Thierry Seligman, are to face a French court trial over an alleged insider tip on US stock Airgas Inc., making approximately €18 million. Fima and Selce are accused of making €9.9 million and €4.4 million, respectively, via the tip, with the trial scheduled to start in February.
