Utkarsh Small Finance Bank's board approved a rights issue to raise ₹950 crore. The board will meet on October 8 to finalize the issue price, rights entitlement ratio and record date. The bank reported losses in two out of the last three quarters, with a net loss of ₹239 crore in the June quarter, its net worth declined 8% to ₹2,739 crore.
