Sammaan Capital CEO Gagan Banga to remain CEO post-deal with IHC

Sammaan Capital managing director and CEO Gagan Banga stated he will continue in his role. UAE International Holding Company will invest $1 billion, acquiring a 41.3% controlling stake to become the lender's promoter. Banga said IHC's long-term commitment and strong balance sheet make it the ideal partner for reducing funding costs and expanding lending in tier-3 to 5 cities.
