Stock surges on record date announcement for bonus shares

With a market capitalization of Rs. 214,949.20 crores, the share of Nestle India Limited has reached an intraday high of Rs. 2,239 per equity share, rising nearly 0.63 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 2,224.80. Shares rose 0.4% after a 1:1 bonus issue announcement with October record and allotment dates. Despite a ₹10.29 crore loss and 39% revenue drop.
