Metal stocks surge on Lloyds Metals, Tata Steel gains

Lloyds Metals LtdLloyds Metal surged 6.14%, leading metal stocks gains, as Tata Steel climbed 3.40%, National Aluminium 3.10% and JSW Steel 1.58%. The BSE metal index rose 1.85% to 34,048.62. The BSE Sensex climbed 223.86 points (0.28%) to 81,207.17 and NSE Nifty edged higher by 57.95 points (0.23%) to 24,894.25.
