Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services' board approved a fund infusion of ₹60 crore via warrant issue to promoter and non-promoter shareholders at ₹567 per warrant, raising up to ₹59,99,99,967. This is a 1.91% hike in share price to ₹347.05. The company raised 1058201 share warrants with face value of Re 1, convertible into equity shares.
