Sobha records 61% Q2 sales boost and H1 record ₹3,981 crore sales

Bengaluru-based Sobha Ltd reported a 61.4% year-on-year increase in sales value to ₹1,902.6 crore for Q2 FY26, with sales value share at ₹1,537 crore up 56.3% YoY. Bengaluru contributed 69.7% of sales value, NCR ₹309.7 crore and Kerala ₹184.8 crore. Total sales area of 2.84 million square feet generated ₹3,981.4 crore for the first half of FY26.
