Warburg to invest Rs 500 cr more in Truhome

Truhome Finance, a non-bank lender, is set to receive a Rs 500 crore fund infusion from its largest shareholder Warburg Pincus by the end of October, taking the private equity major's total investment to over Rs 2,000 crore. Truhome aims to grow its AUM by 30% per annum, plans to expand to 250 branches, and increase its employee count to 6,500.
