IHH gets SEBI's nod for Fortis open offer

Shares of Fortis Healthcare Ltd. gained as on Monday, October 6, after IHH Healthcare Berhad received approval from SEBI for its Open offer to increase stake in Fortis Healthcare by 26%. This comes seven years after IHH acquired a 31.1% stake for ₹4,000 crore in 2018. Fortis' shares gained 3%, trading at ₹1,007.6, up 7% in the last month.
