IndusInd Bank appoints Pankaj Sharma, former Yes Bank chief strategy officer, as head of business transformation. Sharma joins after a one-week tenure, replacing Anil Rao, who is set to superannuate in a few weeks. This is the third senior hiring under new MD & CEO Rajiv Anand following the appointments of Viral Damania as CFO and Anand Vardhan as General Counsel.
